Ann G. Malinowski has been named chief financial officer for Autocrat Inc. Prior to joining Autocrat Malinowski served as chief financial officer for Cambridge-based Micronotes Inc. She has also held senior positions with Entegris, The Boston Consulting Group, Grand Circle Travel and Saint-Gobain. Malinowski holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Boston College. •
