Anthony Caetano has been named project manager at Insurance Reconstruction Services Inc., located in Smithfield. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restoration of damaged buildings, working closely with insurance companies. He previously worked as a superintendent at J.H. Lynch & Sons in Cumberland. Caetano received a bachelor’s degree from Wentworth College and his maser’s degree from Bryant College. He lives in Cumberland.
