Anthony Ockunzzi has been named chef de cuisine at the Wyndham Bay Voyage Inn. He has an associate degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University, and served apprenticeships with Master Chef Daniel J. Scannell and Executive Chef Terry Walker. Ockunzzi is certified by the St. Augustine, Fla.-based American Culinary Federation as a chef de cuisine. •
