Arlene Stoltz has been named director of development for The Kent Center for Human and Organizational Development in Warwick. She will help launch and coordinate a two-year capital campaign for the center, and is responsible for fund raising, marketing and public relations. Stoltz previously served as communications and public relations manager at United Cerebral Palsy of New York City. She is a member of the Association of Fund Professionals and a graduate of St. Mary’s College in South Bend, Ind.
