availability.com launches site

PROVIDENCE — availability.com, an online digest providing information related
to running a business, officially launched last week. The site, funded by the
West Kingston-based American Power Conversion, is a clearinghouse of information
“relevant to optimizing business availability,” according to a statement released
by availability.com. Business availability refers to “everything you need to run
a business,” company spokeswoman Sarah Klamke told PBN.com. The site covers four
“layers” of business availability — people, process, information technology,
and physical environment.
