William C. Fahey has been named business banking officer at Citizens Bank. He previously served as vice president/branch manager at Citizens’ Woonsocket office. He received his bachelor’s degree in management from Johnson & Wales University in 1980 and a degree from the National School of Banking at Fairfield University in Connecticut in 1991. Fahey is active in the Woonsocket Rotary Club and the Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce in Lincoln. He is a resident of Cranston.
