James A. Chase has been named business banking officer at Citizens Bank. He previously served as assistant vice president/branch manager at Citizens’ Charles Street office in North Providence. Chase earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Roger Williams University in 1972. He is active with the North Central Chamber of Commerce in Johnston and is a resident of Smithfield.
