Denise M. Heiberger has been appointed vice president and investment portfolio manager at the Washington Trust Company. She joined the bank in May of 1986 as portfolio manager in the trust and investment services department and became a certified financial planner in 1993. In 1997 she joined the financial administration department, where she managed the bank’s investment portfolio. Heiberger received her bachelor of arts degree in business economics with a minor in communications at the State University of New York in Oneonta. She resides in Westerly with her family.
