Edward S. Borden has been appointed vice president in the precious metals division at Fleet. He will be the relationship manager responsible for developing and maintaining commercial customer relationships with companies utilizing precious metals. Borden joined Fleet in 1994. He graduated from the University of Maine with a bachelor’s degree in sociology. He is a resident of Natick, Massachusetts.
