Sarah B. O’Gara has been promoted to vice president/audit at Citizens Bank. She joined Citizens in 1995 and previously served as assistant vice president in the same department. A certified bank auditor, O’Gara was formerly employed as credit specialist at the FDIC. She is a graduate of Rhode Island College and is active with the Cathedral of St. John, Whelan School PTO and the Girl Scouts of Rhode Island. She is a resident of Providence.
