William Besse has been promoted to first vice president of retail lending at Pawtucket Credit Union (PCU). He will be responsible for the origination and servicing of PCU’s retail loan portfolio, which includes all consumer loans, credit cards, and home equity loans and lines of credit. He has served as vice president of consumer lending at PCU. Besse was formerly employed as real estate lending manager at The Peoples’ Credit Union and as vice president of consumer lending at First Citizens’ Federal Credit Union. He also serves as a member of PCU’s asset/liability management, budget committees and PSCU’s marketing products and services advisory group. He resides in New Bedford, Mass. with his wife Judy and their two children Justin and Nathan.
