Ben A. Barone has joined Citizens Financial Group as executive vice president and director of retail direct. He previously was vice president of credit services at The Home Depot. Barone oversees Citizens’ card products and merchant services, including a joint credit card venture with Kroger Co., and is responsible for retail direct’s RBS National Bank and RBS Lynk, CFG, subsidiaries.
