Beth U. Koeppel has been appointed vice president/project manager of Citizens Services Group’s transformation office at Citizens Bank in Providence. She previously worked at State Street Corp. in Boston as a vice president and methodology consultant. Koeppel has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, N.Y. She lives in Rochester, Mass.
