Bill Thomas has been promoted to president of ChemArt. He previously held the position of director of sales. His new responsibilities include overseeing company direction, strategic intents and corporate development. He will also be responsible for sales strategies, sales management and sales-force oversight. Thomas has a B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan and an M.A. from Duke University. •
