Brad Artery, chief procurement officer in Citizens Bank’s business services group, has been promoted to senior vice president. Artery joined the bank in 2006 and has held various roles in the purchasing department, including sourcing group manager and sourcing team leader. Artery has a B.A. in oceanography from the U.S. Naval Academy and has an M.A. in finance from Boston University. •
