Brendan Chipley Roane has been named wine and spirits director for Gracie’s. He comes to Gracie’s from Napa Valley-based Nickel & Nickel Single Vineyard Wines, where he served as trade specialist. In his new role, Roane will be responsible for creating the restaurant’s wine list, providing wine education to staff and guests, planning special wine events and creating seasonal cocktails. •
