Bruce Wilks, of the Plymouth Mortgage Division of Plymouth Savings Bank, based in Middleborough, Mass., has been named the 2004 Outstanding Affiliate by the Kent Washington Board of Realtors. The award is given in recognition of to his commitment to the Kent Washington board and its members. Wilks has been an affiliate member of the board since 1983 and is a perennial sponsor of board events. He has been a member of the golf committee since 1998.
