Carol Newberry has been promoted to vice president at Newberry Public Relations & Marketing Inc., located in East Providence. She is responsible for managing the operations, human resources, finance and administration of the firm. She serves as immediate past president of East Bay Toastmasters Club in East Providence and is a member of the public relations committee for Meals on Wheels in Providence. Newberry received a bachelor’s degree from Rhode Island College and her master’s degree from Lesley College in Cambridge, Mass. She lives in Cranston.
