Channavy Chhay has been named executive director of the Socio-Economic Development Center for Southeast Asians. Chhay brings more than 10 years of experience in management, grants administration, programming and strategic planning for state and community organizations. She will now be responsible for overseeing the center’s programming and services, accountability and policies. •
