Charles S. Kinney has been appointed vice chair of the Hospital Association of Rhode Island board of trustees. He has served as president and CEO of The Westerly Hospital since 2006. He has a B.A., an M.A. Boston State College, and an M.A. in health-services administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Kinney is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
