Cheryl Richards has been appointed financial-services specialist at Troy Pires & Allen LLC. Richards will be responsible for leading the firm’s newly established financial-services division, establishing the department’s infrastructure and developing and maintaining its client base. She previously worked for Amica Mutual Insurance Co. Richards had also owned and operated a laundry business for 16 years. •
