Christina T. Melo, marketing and public relations officer for Fall River Five Cents Savings Bank, has graduated from the American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing & Management a the University of Boulder in Colo. Her duties at the bank include planning and implementation of all marketing and public relations activities. Melo is a graduate of Bristol Community College. She and her husband live in Dartmouth, Mass.
