Christopher Tourtellot has been named design manager at Vision Strategies. He will serve as the chief designer-manager working on brand development, marketing materials and Web site design. He most recently worked for Studio by the Sea in Hyannis, Mass. Tourtellot has a BFA from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a certificate in graphic design from Rhode Island School of Design. •
