Craig Parkhurst has been appointed boat program manager of URI Foundation’s Boat Program in Kingston. He joined the foundation as an independent contractor and is experienced in the field of yachting. A U.S. Merchant Marine Officer, Parkhurst has a 50-ton Near Coastal Master License with towing endorsement. He has a bachelor’s degree in marine affairs, and has a vast power and sail boating knowledge.
