Daniel Waugh has joined Moses Afonso Jackvony Ltd. in Providence as a partner. He was formerly a partner at Tillinghast Collins & Graham and its successors. Waugh concentrates his practice on matters involving taxes and municipal finance, among other areas. He is a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar Associations and holds licenses granted by the Federal District Court Bar.
