Dave Beauchamp has been named chief make-it-happen officer at North Star Marketing. Beau-champ will oversee production processes, look for ways to streamline operations and prepare for agency growth. In addition to a background in the digital-marketing industry, Beauchamp has an economics degree from the University of Rhode Island and a certification in project management from Bryant University. •
