David C. Morganelli has been named partner at Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP. In his role, Morganelli advises businesses and individuals in issues related to state and federal taxes, tax strategies and financial reporting. In addition, he chairs the firm’s Tax Practice Group. Morganelli received his LLM from Boston University School of Law and his J.D. from New England School of Law. •
