David Daltorio has been named project engineer at Woodard & Curran. He has over 13 years of experience in managing, designing, permitting and awarding services and construction administration for wastewater, water and drainage projects. He has a B.S. in civil engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and an M.S. in construction project management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
