David Frechette has been appointed assistant vice president, manager of the financial systems group at FM Global. Frechette will oversee a team of financial-systems analysts. Previously, Frechette served as the manager of financial systems at The Providence Journal before joining FM Global in 2000 as a general-ledger manager. Frechette has a B.S. in accounting from Bryant University. •
