David H. Reed has been named director of credit review and risk policy for Citizens Financial Group Inc. His duties include maintaining the company’s credit rating and credit quality. Reed previously worked as director of commercial banking for Citizens in eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. He serves on the board of directors of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association and the Greater Philadelphia YMCA. Reed earned a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania’s Grove City College and his master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
