David Jackson has been named chef de cuisine at Big Fish, located in Providence. He is responsible for working with the restaurant’s owner and executive chef on the evolution of the menu and manages all aspects of the food operations. He previously worked at Ten Prime Steak & Sushi of Providence. Jackson received a bachelor’s degree from Johnson & Wales University.
