Deborah O’Brien has been named chief operating officer of the Providence Center. She will be responsible for overseeing programs and services for adults, children and adolescents. Most recently, O’Brien served as chief program officer and previously served as director of quality improvement. She has an M.A. in public administration from the University of Rhode Island. •
