Debra DeLuca has been named sales director of BlueChip Properties LLC, in Providence. She has experience in both the residential and the commercial markets. DeLuca has successfully directed and overseen numerous condominium conversions, and assisted customers in the acquisition and development of their real estate portfolios. She has a bachelor’s degree from Vassar College, in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., and a law degree from Suffolk University, in Boston.
