Denise Bezila, hospital education specialist at Kent County Hospital, has been honored with the Clinical Nurse Educator of the Year Award. She coordinates the nurse intern program and critical care nursing education initiatives for the hospital, and cardiac life education activities in the hospital’s Community Training Center. Bezila was recognized by the statewide professional nursing body for excellence in teaching and advancement of nursing. She lives in West Greenwich.
