Dennis M. Wyatt, vice president and eastern region manager of Citizens Bank, has been named president of the board of directors for Caritas Inc., located in Pawtucket. He oversees the board, its various committees and general day-to-day activities of the organization. He previously served on the company’s development and government relations committees and chaired the strategic planning committee. Wyatt will serve a two-year term as president of the board. He lives in Warwick.
