Don Keel has been appointed chief development officer at the Rhode Island Jump-$tart Coalition. He will be responsible for overseeing fundraising, marketing and public relations for the nonprofit. Prior to joining Jump$tart, Keel served as an independent consultant in the philanthropy sector. He has also held development roles at various higher education institutions, as well as the Florida Orchestra and fundraising-consulting firm Jerold Panas Linzy & Partners. ̶ •
