Donald C. McQueen has been promoted to chief operating officer at Bank Rhode Island. He is responsible for overseeing lending, credit, risk management and administration, in addition to managing operations, MIS and compliance. He most recently served as executive vice president and chief credit and administrative officer. McQueen received a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and his master’s degree from Boston University. He is a member of the board of directors of the Rhode Island Philharmonic and the Roger Williams Medical Center. McQueen is a member of the Rhode Island Bankers Association. He lives in Barrington.
