Dr. James Padbury, pediatrician-in-chief at Women & Infants Hospital in Providence, has been appointed chairperson of the Pregnancy and Neonatology Study Section of the Center for Scientific Review. Selection is based on demonstrated competence and achievement in a scientific discipline. Padbury’s work is in the area of developmental biology and molecular pharmacology.
