Dyana Koelsch has joined the public relations division of Trion Communications in Providence. She was previously assistant state court administrator for community outreach/public relations for the state judiciary. Koelsch was also a journalist for 17 years at NBC-10 WJAR in Providence. She has also served on the adjunct faculty of the U.S. Naval War College for the last five years.
