Elizabeth Chin joins Quality Partners of Rhode Island Inc. as project coordinator. She will use her 24 years of nursing experience to work directly with practitioners and health care providers to implement quality improvement programs and initiatives. Chin is the principle coordinator for the Physicians Quality Network, a quality initiative involving 70 primary care physicians statewide. She had worked as risk manager/performance improvement coordinator for Bayside Endoscopy Center in Providence. Chin earned her bachelor’s degree from Rhode Island College. She is a resident of Coventry.
