Elizabeth Earls has been named assistant director of rehabilitative services at the R.I. Department of Corrections. Previously, for more than 20 years, Earls served as president and CEO of the Rhode Island Council of Community Mental Health Organization. She is involved with numerous professional affiliations and holds a B.S. in psychology from Georgetown University and an M.A. in pastoral ministry from Boston College. •
