Ewa Dzwierzynski-Mann has been appointed director of the pharmacy department at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island. She previously served as clinical pharmacy specialist for the emergency/critical care department and manager of anticoagulation services at Rhode Island Hospital. Dzwierzynski-Mann is a member of the American College of Clinical Pharmacists and several other professional organizations. •
