William J. Roy has been named team leader of the defined contribution department at Angell Pension Group. He joined the company in 1996. He is a member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries and has earned the designations of qualified pension administrator and qualified 401(k) administrator. Roy graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1992 with a bachelor of science degree in finance. He resides in Warwick.
