Keith Graziano has been named general manager of the Panera Bread Bakery-Café in Cranston. The Cranston location is Panera’s first in Rhode Island. According to a press release from Panera owners and operators, Bread Makers, Ltd. of Westlake, Ohio, He is a veteran of the food service management industry and previously owned and operated the Soup “ta” Nuts Café in North Providence. Graziano is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University.
