Frank Dougherty has been promoted to general manager of Bonanza Bus Lines, the Providence-based division of Peter Pan Bus Lines. He previously was district manager for the company’s Boston division, at South Station. Dougherty will be responsible for managing Bonanza’s operations and overseeing the 200-plus employees who provide more than 5 million miles of motor coach service per year.
