Frank Leso has been promoted to senior vice president/project team leader in product support administration at Citizens Bank. He is responsible for managing a team of project managers who have the duty of implementing technology initiatives throughout the company, including branch automation, human resource information systems and check imaging. He joined the bank in 1978, most recently as vice president/project manager and team leader in Citizens Services Group Technology Department. Leso received a bachelor’s degree from Bryant College. He lives in Cumberland.
