Gary E. Bassett has been promoted to vice president and PhoneBank group manager in Citizens Bank’s Colleague Support Services department. He most recently was an assistant vice president in the same position. Bassett joined Citizens in 1999 as an assistant manager in the PhoneBank and in 2000 was promoted to manager of the PhoneBank.
