Geer Messinger has been named director of business management at Lila Delman Real Estate. In her new position, created in response to recent growth in the firm, Megginger will be responsible for implementing policy and procedures, supporting agents, recruitment, and acting as a liaison to the agency owners. Most recently, Messinger has been providing financial management as well as consulting services for small businesses.
