Glenna Hicks was promoted to senior vice president / director of money laundering prevention for Citizens Bank. She has been with the bank since 1990, most recently as vice president / manager of distributed applications for Citizens Services Group’s technology division. Hicks earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine. She is a resident of North Kingstown.
