Joan Parkos Moran has been named to the Roger Williams Medical Center board of directors. Parkos Moran is CEO of Alga Plastics. She previously was president and chief operating officer of Lloyd Manufacturing, a consultant to Alga Plastics. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business/economics from UCLA in 1994. She is the co-chair of the Providence Advisory Council to Special Education and a resident of Barrington.
